Hi, I’m Brittani. I lead a team of professional consultants in implementing Human Capital Management software for state and local governments. What motivates me is helping organizations make more effective decisions and create better experiences for their employees, who ultimately serve their community. I’ve spent the last twelve years working at the intersection of HR and technology, with a background in the public sector and a deep appreciation for thoughtful, people-first problem solving.
My career started in San Luis Obispo, where I took an unpaid internship in the Human Resources department during college and quickly realized how much I enjoyed the mix of structure, strategy, and service. I went on to work for the City of San Luis Obispo for eight years in progressive HR roles (in other words, I wore many hats!) before stepping into consulting full-time. Now, I support clients as the Human Capital Management Practice Director at Creoal + SMX, specializing in the Oracle Cloud Fusion Human Capital Management platform.
I’ve earned my Master of Public Administration from USC’s Sol Price School of Public Policy, and I’ve had the opportunity to lead labor negotiations, speak at conferences like CALPELRA, and serve in leadership roles like Vice President of the Professional Association of City Employees and a founding member of the Women’s Empowerment Alliance. I’m also an active member of the Junior League of San Diego, where I get to stay connected to my community and continue growing alongside other women leaders.
These days, I live in San Diego with my boyfriend fiancé Brian and our dog Daisy. Outside of work, I love game nights, wine tasting, trying new restaurants, and long walks by the water. I’m happiest when I’m traveling, behind my camera, or hosting a table full of friends.
At the end of the day, I care most about creating spaces—at work and at home—where people feel seen, heard, and supported. That’s the common thread in everything I do.
